LSU fans got a scare when Frank Herron took a surprise visit to Texas in the 11th hour, but the Memphis defensive end said signing with the Tigers was the right decision.

Can we post this on Texas board? I would love for them to realize that a trip to Texas is now considered a "momentary lapse in judgment."

If I had to pick between Shiro and Herron, it's a no brainer. I'm picking Herron. That's not sour grapes. Who knows, LSU may not have landed Herron if Shiro was on campus.
Let's see how Mack's new commitment policy works out for him..

Frank gave me a slight cause for concern, and then I came to my senses, and realized that he had been strong for the P and G from the get-go. Then I calmed down, convinced that he would keep his word, and that is exactly what he did. Glad to have a young man not only of exceptional talent, but one who sticks to his pledge. Shiro who?

Wow! I was in for a smack down on this Horn fellow but Damn! Everybody beat me to the punch.
I alluded to the meltdown in recruiting in Austin last February or March and some people thought I was out of my mind but after they lost RSJ and A'Shawn I bet we can revisit that thought?
OT, happy BD to me! I am 41 today.
