Great comparison. If you want to talk a comparison that everyone will know exactly what you mean and when talking the pure high end potential, we're talking about a Hines Ward type kid without the pure meanness and questionable tactics. If he turns out anywhere near what Hines Ward did then I'll be one happy guy. Boldin fits better because of the ability with his feet but his leadership mentality and just pure grinding nature remind me of Hines Ward. Just a bulldog on the field that makes plays that you always wonder how he did it.

No comparison really. Diarse is head and shoulders better than Turner. Bigger and more football instincts and a higher football IQ.

Turner was a little more explosive of an athlete but that's about it.

He's a very, very smooth, fluid athlete. Very good body control..he definitely does play bigger than 6' tall, I agree. I really like him, and think he could stick at receiver or running back if they wanted to try him there (though there may not be a need with all the talent LSU has right now, as he may get lost in the shuffle).

The kid put on a show last night. Willis (and others) had him dead to rights several times and 13 shrugged them off and made a play. First time seeing Neville and I was really impressed by him. Hootie Jones was the opposite...the kid has tremendous size and moves well but his play was very underwhelming. Didn't look like he was one of the best safeties in the country last night...dropped a tough pass, dropped an int, missed tackles, getting blocked down field consistently against the run (he played CB most of the game) and got absolutely clocked on a crack back. After the opening kick off, he didn't make a play the entire game.
