Rashard Robinson commits to LSU

Robinson camped at LSU in July, where he impressed the coaches and solidified his offer

The month of July has been good to LSU, giving the Tigers three commitments - defensive end Lewis Neal, cornerback Rickey Jefferson and offensive lineman Andy Dodd - across the span of 16 days.

Just before the month of August arrived, Florida cornerback Rashard Robinson moved the number of total commitments up to 22.

Multiple sources have confirmed with Geaux247 that Robinson gave LSU coach Les Miles a verbal pledge on Tuesday evening.

Robinson and his family arrived in Baton Rouge on Tuesday for an unofficial visit, a trip that comes just two weeks after Robinson camped in Baton Rouge on a multiple-day stay.

Robinson (6-2.5/165) is ranked by 247 as the No. 231 prospect in the Top247, and the No. 16 cornerback prospect in the country.
