Nick Brossette, a longtime LSU commitment, is now the No. 5 running back in the country
It’s been a wild 24 hours in the world of LSU recruiting.
On Wednesday morning, David Ducre - the nation’s No. 1 fullback prospect - shut down his recruitment process and committed to the Tigers after picking up a scholarship offer from the staff a few days prior.
Just a couple hours later, four-star wide receiver Jazz Ferguson followed suit and gave his commitment to the LSU staff. Like Ducre, Ferguson was first offered by the Tigers during the Boys from the Boot junior day last Saturday.
Since then, new offers have gone out from LSU, a quarterback has elected to leave the program and a couple Louisiana names started picking up even more attention from other programs - including a number of SEC schools.
