"I guess you've just gotta find something you love to do and then... do it for the rest of your life." - Max Fisher
I'm Jonathan, 20 years old, born and raised in Marietta, GA but I've always been a huge LSU fan. My whole family is from Louisiana and all my life I've been driving down to BR after school on Friday to catch the games and drive back on Sunday morning. It's in my blood. My family is now permanently stationed in Baton Rouge and I am currently a Junior Finance major at LSU.
I'm Chris, I'm a West Monroe alum. I bleed football and the purple and gold. I was a sophomore on the 2000 national championship team when Andrew Witworth was a senior. That same year I started keeping up with recruiting after the #1 rb in the country at the time(Cedric Benson) came over from midland lee to play us, been addicted since. First site I would keep up with was Pelican Preps. Ben Soignier, one of my best friends was QB at WM and the best all around baseball player I've ever seen out of Louisiana. I now live right down the road from Neville high school, so I have some inside scoops on the Neville and WM stars each year. One in which a long time Neville alum says there is no doubt Hootie will follow Diarse to LSU. Anyway this site is awesome, thanks guys.
Good idea. My name is Jason. I have have been following recruiting via Dandy Don, Tigerbait, and TSD since 2000. 2004 LSU grad. Live in DC now. Have never posted in the past 12 years. I hope to be more involved on this board.
I didn't know S&S had their own site. I had just signed up for 6 months of TSD. Canceled and joined here as soon as I heard S&S teamed up again.
I'm Blake, 24 years old. Born and raised in Hammond but live in Mobile, AL now and have for the last three years. Work in the steel industry operating cranes and stuff. Been going to LSU games since I was a baby with my dad's season tickets, which my grandparents have had since the 50's. Love my Tigers. I was with Tigerbait for 3 years and left them about a year ago and just couldn't live without the boards and LSU info since fans are few and far between over here, so I stumbled upon this site and very glad I did.

Happy to be on board.
I'm there to play for the team, not myself.". DS
My name is Darryl and I'm an alco....Wait wrong board. Just kidding!!!! My name is Darryl and I grew up a Tiger fan. First game I ever saw was the night the Tigers destroyed Ole Miss, Archie Mannings senior year. Been hooked ever since then. Been through some good times and some bad times with the Tigers and that is the reason I say this rough news from yesterday will pass and the Tigers will persevere. Took my son to his first game when he was three years old. He is 11 now and is a die hard fan. I'm working in Utah and he text me yesterday and told me the knews of the Honey Badger. I think he was crying. I work 14x14 so we won't be at the first game but we will make it to the Washington and Idaho games. Already have our room booked in Atlanta for this year.He and I went last year and had a blast. Told his school principal it was an "educational" trip so it was an excused absence. Could go on forever but duty calls. Geaux Tigers !!!
When asked who our natural rivals are I reply: Everybody we hate em all!!!
Kurt 45, CHS BR grad, SLU grad-- Life long tiger fan, Tiger Rag / TSD member since 2002, Living in FL with Gators/Noles/Caines/Knight/Bulls for past 18 years. Followed Sonny/Shea to this site Hope their great reporting will continue
Glad to be on Board
I'm a little late to this shindig but my name is Adam. I am a NOLA native and LSU alum who now lives in St Louis, Missouri. I also graduated from Mizzou's law school. Don't worry, whenever my beloved Bayou Bengals make their first trip up this way, I'll be sporting purple and gold while teaching these SEC newbies how football (and tailgates) are done!
I'm a recoveing lawyer, who now teaches high school science and coaches football. Currently, I am in my first year coaching on the defensive side of the ball (linebackers) after 8 years on the offensive side (OL and QB.) Although QB play will alway be my first interest, learning how to break things as a defensive guy is fun!
I love my LSU Tigers, my wife, and teaching the game of football job...Depending on who is asking, any one of those three hold the top spot! ;)
Sonny & Shea are the best in the biz. Couple that with some great posters (D14, texasfence, geauxlden, jmtva, geauxwolverines, et al) this is the best place for LSU sports info.
Vianney High School,
Pass Game Coordinator,
Varsity QB & RB Coach,
Saint Louis, MO.
I live right across from you in Braithwaite. I am actually a Fireman for Plaqumines parish
Would love to swap a duck hunt for a deer hunt. I duck hunt almost every day when it's open. I hunt everywhere in Point la hache (east bank Plaqumines) most of the land is public or we know the owners. Hit me up you still got my number
I got your number and will call.
I'm following Sonny and Shea here because they are the best in the business and have been for some time. I'm originally from Georgia (UGA fan as a kid), moved to Shreveport before high school. To entertain ourselfs, my father and I would travel to LSU and watch a game every year. Well you can't do that much without turning into a huge fan. I'm in Brandon Mississippi now and I'll take a MS State fan over a Ole Piss fan any day. Ready to erase the last game out of my head with a new season. My Step daughter just started her first year at LSU Friday.
Name is Josh. I sale medical technology to physicians. Born and raised in St Amant, but live in Buford, Ga now. Saw Reid and Vadal play a ton last year and are glad they are with us.
My name is Dustin, currently a physical therapist. I am a huge LSU football fan, all their other sports to me is like watching girls softball. i will do it but wont cancel plans for it. Used to work with football team as an equipment manager until I reported news of a possible injury on tigerbait and was kicked off and nearly kicked out of LSU! ha, good times. Anyways, Shea and Sonny, yall are the reason I joined and have been overwhelmed with how good of a job yall have done. Keep it up!
