GET AT ME
Here are some facts. Miles is letting Stud run the show on offense. Thus, we are doing horrible on offense. He has no clue what to do inside the red zone. Last year, he was OC in name only. Krag was calling the plays and we averaged close to 40 points a game.
As for getting rid of the entire offensive staff, you are wrong. Henry is an outstanding coach. You won't improve by getting some one else. He is also a good recruiter. Krag is not going any where. He may be kicked into administration or to on campus recruiting coordinator. I agree. Stud has to go. He is horrible as an OC and worst as O line coach. I also agree that we don't need a TE coach. The receiver coach can coach both wide and tight.
What we need is a new offensive coordinator and O line coach. To get both, one other coach has to be released or reassigned. One thing is certain. We have too much talent to have such an pitiful offense.
i would agree, but krags has put the work into qb recruiting, something crowton never did. Krags kept in contact with rettig while he was hurt. I thought i also recall hes going to lsu unless there is a coaching change.
You guys are missing the big picture. We are playing with 60 guys, not 80+ like the other teams. We arent as talented as other sec schools that have a full roster. Not to mention Tamu, uga, bama, uf and aub have all had higher ranked classes than lsu at some point over the last 4 years. We are not the most talented team in the country as many of you seem to think.
When Miles cut ties with Mallveto he orchestrated both of them landing on their feet as a DC and HC. When Crowton mercifully left miraculously Edsall took him at Maryland (no surprise that only lasted a year). Even JoeRob who was worse than a bad recruiter, he was a negative recruiter (such a word as negacruiter?) got a DL job at North Carolina (another non surprise that didn't last).
So Miles practice is to move a guy into another gig before putting him on the street. So, who is going to take Studwara or Ensminger? Only college HC who has hired Ensminger is Tuberville. Is there a spot on the Texas Tech staff? No one is going to hire Studwara as a OC, much less a HC. Could anyone take him as a OL/non playing calling "running game coordinator"?
