Looking at a lot of these national NFL Combine stories and when they talk about the players who have injuries and that will be under the microscope, I have seen Chris Faulk's name left off numerous times.
Really makes you wonder about that decision even more when you start to think about it again........
The 2013 NFL scouting combine kicks off this week in Indianapolis, with 333 players set to attend the event. Part I of our two-part combine primer takes a glance at some offensive prospects who could help or hurt their cases in the coming days ...
Don't remind me....
Can he even work out at the combine or is he just going for interviews, etc?
That's a good question. I don't know for certain but given that he is barely 5 months removed from surgery I would think he would wait until his Pro Day, if nothing more than from a mental standpoint, and just do the interviews in Indianapolis.
Proud to support everything Louisiana
Hope the Saint's are watching. He might be a bargin at an area of need.
GREAT point fg! I would love to nab Faulk in round 4 or 5
How about the Who Dats draft Montgomery (olb) in the first rd, Reid in the third, Mathieu in the fourth, Faulk in the fifth, Simon in the sixth, L Edwards 7th? That would be pretty sweet.
Used to be when you talk to these high-profile recruits they would say something to the effect of "I want a place I can call home for the next 4 or 5 years".
More and more now, that answer is changing to just 4 years because many know that if they do redshirt a decent chance they are gone as a junior.
Out of all LSU guys that declared early for the draft, this one is definitely the biggest head scratcher.
I'm in the same boat.....However, Tharold Simon and Michael Ford are right there too.
