With each day that passes by, I keep seeing another RB list Bama in their top two or three. This isn't a "Bama is better than LSU" post or anything, but they already have a very crowded backfield, while we are leaving our basket empty for the Fournette egg to be ever so gently placed in there. While Fournette is possibly the best running back to come from LA, we still need more than him to shoulder the SEC load. It also doesn't hurt that we snagged Kwon Alexander, and while they are two years apart, they should at least know each other and likely played with each other.
The question is could LSU become a larger player the longer Roc possibly waits and some more of the RB dominoes start to fall? I know Bama is the odds-on favorite right now to get a fax from Oxford, Alabama, come next February, but LSU will have to start look appealing to a top RB looking for some playing time rather than compete against about 10 other RBs

Highly doubtful from everything I hear about his interest in Bama and how much they covet him. If something happened where Fournette went to Bama then possibly but I don't see anything else right now that would make LSU a legitimate player.
Proud to support everything Louisiana

Racean Thomas was one I basically removed from my call list because he was such a lock to Bama but I will reach out to him and test the waters now. Thanks for the headsup and for info gang
Exactly. Alabama uses 2 RBs. One, probably Henry, will team with Yeldon next year. Yeldon will go pro after 2014 but whoever signs in the 2014 class will sit behind Yeldon and whoever wins the #2 job for at least a year getting garbage time carries at best.
