Tiger fans, LSU's season ended this weekend with a loss to Florida. Here is what unfolded this year with LSU basketball as well as what to expect from next year's squad.
Prospects look really good for the future.
LSU BB was fun this year.
Need to be able to make your free throws.
Thanks, SOS, really good article here.

Good stuff SoS
I'm not mistaking him for a NBA PF, but I think Dawson the JUCO transfer not making it to Baton Rouge hurt badly. You could tell JJ wanted and needed another big body and Del Piero just wasn't athletic enough and Courtney just isn't a paint player. Thus, Coleman played way too much 4 on this team and at 6'4, he could not handle that burden even in the sadsack SEC. Having a 6-8 mature muscle inside would have gone a LONG way in the SEC (see Holloway and Buckner at Ole Miss).
I think adding Martin and Mickey will make a world of difference, regardless of whether O'Bryant returns. Also having a big guard like Quarterman will help. Got to admire his willingness, but watching 5-9 Andre Stringer run all over the court trying to guard 6-7 Caldwell-Pope (partly because 6'4 Coleman was having to bang inside with the other 4 6-7+ Bulldogs) just personified LSU's size issue.
I see next year starting Hickey-Martin-Odoh or O'Bryant- Coleman-Morgan, with Stringer, Mickey, Hammink, Odoh (if he doesn't start) coming off the bench.
