From 247 FSU site. The good part:
"LSU: “That is home. I grew up around that.”
As for what staff Williams feels like he has developed the strongest bond with, that would go to the hometown team.
“I would have to say my home school LSU,” Williams said. “They are right there. I’ve visited them quite a few times. They have talked to me the most out of all the schools.”
Despite a strong bond with Les Miles and his staff, LSU – who was once considered the favorite to land his services – reportedly dropped Williams at one point. The four-star says that he is now back in contact with the Tigers staff.
“They kind of wavered at one point because they thought I committed to Florida State,” Williams said. “I had to call them and talk to them about how that isn’t true. I told them I am still interested. We have talked some since then. They have told me I always have a home there.”
Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab four-star defensive end Tim Williams is enjoying the Under Armour All-America Game. He will begin a frenetic recruiting tour after the event.
What in the world!? What do you take from that?

He either talked to the staff or he's creating intrigue for whenever he announces.
The Miami guys don't think they get him & he's leaning to FSU. who knows?
I hope he is just creating intrigue. Don't really want him.
If you are basing your not wanting him because of his "off the field issues" you are a fool because they have been so overblown by people that don't know crap. If you are basing it on him not being good enough then you should look at his offer list and rethink things.
Shea said the offer is always on the table, the staff just is done chasing him. If he wants to play at LSU they would not say no.
