Check out this chart that breaks down all NFL Players from each school by position, conference and drafted round. Awesome!
Good stuff. Thanks for posting.
"You can learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in life." - Former LSU Coach and AD Paul Dietzel
Another good one that tracks where they come from that has high school along with college. The only thing is they haven't updated high schools since 2009, however it still tracks colleges up to date. The amount of under the radar DB talent out this state is unreal!
NFL draft history: Finding the talent database.
Good stuff and thanks for sharing LSUtigers4886 and Fanatic24
Love seeing it broken down, shows how much coaching matters. Look at Cal for example
Unreal that Iowa is that high, when have they ever been relevant?
Hey hey hey. Easy now. Who the hell do you think is blocking for all of the skill position players that the SEC puts in the league?!
To answer the relevance question, they have 11 conference titles (LSU has 14) and they have the same number of Heisman Trophy winners (though Kinnick was able to stay out of prison).
There is actually a town in Iowa that has the highest number of NFL players per capita than any other town in the nation.
So before you make blanket statements, learn that the SEC isn't the only thing out there. Others actually play ball too. I expect the superiority complex and nobody doubts that the SEC is the best out there but please learn that there is a world out there beyond that that holds its own as well with a lot less.
