Now the loss to Bama hurts that much more!
Wait till we have to beat em twice, next year.
And I wouldn't be surprised to see us NOT pass Kansas State and/or Oregon in the polls this week after today's unimpressive W.
GET AT ME
There's one more week or so of football.
Who the F wants to see Kansas State? Does anyone know where they are located, who they played, or their conference?
This was LSU's year for a national championship? Said who? I seem to remember most fans predicted 9-3 or 10-2.
A W is a W. All LSU can do is go to Fayetteville on Friday and get another one and let the chips fall where they may.
Their goal is a BCS bowl.

Exactly... we had a first time starter at QB and a depleted secondary. Anyone who thought that Mett was going to play like he is now from the first game was being unrealistic to say the least. Actually it feels a bit better because we know now that the two minute offense problems aren't just bad scheme or judgement. Our guys can't cover in press coverage period, from TS on down, and our safeties get so lost sometimes that given enough opportunities they will give up the big play.
They got exposed against OM. I expect that Arky noticed. Chavis and Raymond have a bunch of coaching and development to do. You just can't lose Claiborne, Brooks, Taylor, and Mathieu in the secondary and do the same things as well with a bunch of frosh.

And next yr we will have loss a ton of DL talent, Reid, maybe minter etc etc. LSU was preseason no. 1
It was honey badgers fault.
So was USC... your point?
