Any reason why Hilliard has become the forgotten man in the RB rotation?
Coaches have routinely gone with the hot hands and right now he's just not the one with it. Ware brings a good all around dimension while Hill has been our best runner to this date between power, speed and vision. Hilliard was just kind of a downhill only guy and I think the coaches see Hill bringing more to the table than that.
Paul Mainieri = 328-135 ovr (70.8%), 119-89 SEC (57.2%), 21-10 NCAA (67.7%), 3 CWS App., 1 National Title
Just the hot hand. It's happened to everyone in that backfield over the past two years. Right now Hill is playing lights out, and Ware is still going to be the other go-to guy. Given Ford brings a chance of pace, Hilliard's carries are just cut down a lot. He's not in the dog house or anything like that, at least not from what I've been told.

I harbor no ill will to Kenny but did anyone asking or wondering about this see his 3 goal line carries vs. South Carolina? That was awful. To say there was a lack of effort or "want" is an understatement.
