No, not on Robert Nkemdiche, the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2013 class. I think it's a safe bet he ends up at Ole Miss.
But I left the stadium very impressed with his big brother Denzel Nkemdiche. Kid was all over the place against the LSU offense and finished with nine tackles, second most on the team. Also got in on a tackle for a loss and quarterback hurry, and he laid a good lick on Mettenberger.
In the 2011 247Composite, big bro Nkemdiche was ranked as the No. 651 overall prospect, the No. 48 safety and the No. 47 prospect in Georgia. He signed on with Ole Miss and took a redshirt last year, and is now playing his first season. Not sure they expected him to have a big impact this year, and the school's website lists a short bio that says he needs to add weight before seeing the field.
Look at him now, and it's best summed in stats.. He leads the team in just about every major statistical category on defense: Tackles (75), tackles for loss (12), interceptions (2), quarterback hurries (4) and forced fumbles (4).
For all the talk about landing Robert Nkemdiche, Denzel sure is doing the right things to make a name for himself.

For sure Shea. Tigers had no answer for #4 on Saturday. I do thank him tho for the hitt on Mett that extended our final drive!
He did have a good game and was very active. I felt he got away with another hit to Metts head earlier in the game and I took great pleasure in watching Big JC Copeland knock him on his butt on one of Fords sweeps. Debo Jones knocked him on his butt on OBJs long punt return and Josh D got a great block on him to spring Hill on his 27 yard TD run:)......kid appears to have a good future with Ole Miss
I have a feeling that older brother may have a better college career because he plays with heart. I am sure he is tired of hearing how great his brother is also. Maybe I am wrong, but maybe not. Motivation trumps talent sometimes.
Shea...while Denzel is older, I would not classify him as Robert's "big brother." Just semantics...he definitely made more plays than I would have liked to see.
yea he kindof reminds me of someone that use to play for us that was small but played big
Looking back, so many teams dropped the ball on recruiting him. Could easily be argued most BCS schools offered him solely because of getting his brother.

Was gonna say the same thing...maybe not quite as electric but definitely similar.
