Some pretty interesting matchups this week. Other than LSU/Idaho, which one intrigues you the most?
Texas A&M at SMU
ULM at Auburn
Florida at Tennessee
Arizona State at Missouri
Texas at Ole Miss

Two games with the most meaning for me are Florida at Tennessee and ULM at Auburn.
I'm interested in a second look at the Auburn and Florida game plans.
Bray is throwing the ball well and he has two tall, talended receivers to throw to. Powell and Jenkins for Florida are out or slowed. I'd like Tennessee to win this one for obvious reasons. And I like to see another physical miracle from ULM.
I'm with you on those two for those same exact reasons. However, I'm anxious to see what Ole Miss does against Texas too. Not sure why, but I am.
I am with you on that Texas-Ole Miss game. In a rare gesture of support, i'll be rooting for Ole Miss. If ULM can rise up, maybe the Rebel Bears can, too.
I watched Missouri last week - I think they will be a solid representative in the SEC.
Yea, I think Mizzou will be just fine. That's why that matchup with Arizona State doesn't spark a whole lot of interest on my part.
Ah 76...........you're breakin' my heart! Texas over Ole' Miss in a romp!
Now......I'm P&G all the way for sure, but a little Burnt Orange comes from my having been born in Texas. Growing up in Winnie, Texas, most weekends my dad and I would watch the Longhorns on Saturday afternoon and then listen to the Tigers on WWL that night.
I know, I know..............take your shots guys!
koony, I never criticize a brother who grew up listening to WWL and the Tigers.
Two of my three children graduated from that place in Austin. The other is a Tiger. It hurts me every time I have to admit this UT Austin involuntary connection
Should be an interesting game and a gauge of sorts, for Longhorns.
I'm still rooting for Ole Miss and that means I'll get the silent treatment for a few weeks.
Enjoy your "little victory", koony.
LOL! I will!!!! Hook 'em!
I know your pain though! Three of my first cousins are aggies! And one is a red raider. Go figure!
Happy to say my immediate family is all LSU though! My daughter just graduated in May and my son, just out of a 4 year Marine Corps and 6 year Army stint is enrolled at LSU!
edit: My son is Corps to the bone BTW! Semper Fi

Mizzou surprised me last week, I wasn't completely sold on them coming in but now I am.
Agree, GW, I thought they were damn competitive and I enjoyed what I could see in terms of stadium atmosphere.
koony, you should get a 6th star for all that USMC connection. Semper Fi.
Yea, I think Mizzou had a real good showing in the first one and it looked like an SEC atmosphere in the stadium.
I'm intrigued by those 2 games as well.(Uf/Tenn; OM/Texas). Interested in seeing just how good UF and Tennessee actually are. With Texas/OM, I'm interested to see how competitive OM is and the reaction of the Longhorns regardless. If they blow out OM the talk will be that they blew out a solid SEC team and if it's close the talk will be that it was a tough test against a good SEC team. Have to love spin.
ULM v Auburn
--ULM punished that Arky team with physical play. They lose the element of surprise, but Auburn is a lackluster SEC team, by any definition, this year and the possibility of ULM beating an SEC team in back to back weeks is never higher than it is right now. I think Arky was a tougher task and they handled that OK. They will be playing with the utmost of confidence and I am anxious to see how far that takes them. Certainly an interesting matchup....
Uf v Tenn
--Tenn is the biggest surprise team for me this young season. I am impressed with how well they seem to be playing and I think they will have the upper hand in this game. Anxious to see how they perform against FL, even though FL seems to be down again this year....
A ULM victory will be more of a storyline than a Tenn victory, so I am going to have to say the ULM v Auburn game is the most intriguing to me......
