Does the signing of TaShawn Bower open up the possibility of increasing Jabrill Peppers' interest being that they are both from New Jersey?

I didn't think about that, but it definitely doesn't hurt. The only problem is the staff won't have to go far to reel in a top DB class, except for Adoree in Cali.
Paris, Tony Brown, Simmons and Hardeman are all in Texas. Hootie is our in-state guy and then we have Voorhies already but he may move to the other side of the ball. That's not even counting guys like Jermaine Roberts and Terrence Alexander in-state
I think it definitely helps to some degree because now you have a kid from New Jersey that will be on the roster and kids do look at that, and other coaches negative recruit with that info.
To what degree remains to be seen but we'll give him a call and see if there is any interest and to what level.
Thanks Sonny!!! Btw, Great job you and Shea are doing!!!
I used mapquest and the distance between their two locations right at about 1hr. I guess it's possible they know of each other.
Tashawn knows him but haven't gotten a good vibe how well. I'm going to reach out to Tashawn for a story and will get a little more on the Peppers side.
Being the highest rated DB in the country, I would expect he would be a target of DBU. And having someone from his neck of the woods can't hurt. But '14 is so deep with DBs that we are not gonna have a problem attracting a top class for that position, imo.
