Actually, I can find some - but not what you'd find in Ville Platte or New Iberia or anywhere near the bayous. There's a new Louisiana specialty vendor in Cookeville and a restaurant in Nashville that does their best.
Louisiana and Cajun cuisine has become an institiution. Can't find that great French and Italian breads we used to have in our New Orleans neigborhood. You could get a good shrimp or oyster poboy anywhere.
Gonna try to make the Spring game and load up on supplies while there.
Good Friday around south LA usually means some good crawfish. Tiger fans, if you're having that, do enjoy.

Since 1986, the Best Stop Supermarket has been the small country store that provides an unbelievable amount of Boudin, Cracklin, Hog Head Cheese, Fresh and Smoked Sausage, and a lot more Cajun Food.
I see on Yahoo that Tubby is talking with Texas Tech already. Would be great to see him land on his feet before Minnesota can find another coach.
