That is beyond pathetic right there. I don't see any difference makers coming in for 2013 and don't see Travin Dural being one either.
WR's are only as good as they've been prepared to be. It all starts and stops in practice, people. You can have lesser receivers than us and they can be more productive than that if you have good coaches that spend time preparing and working together. Like the old saying goes, "You get out of it, what you put into it". These players are very good. They're just not being set up to succeed properly. I promise you this.
