I remember that play vividly....Sammy Martin was a fun to watch. #23 had some serious speed!
You nailed my top games exactly
With one exception...the first game my Dad took me to was Ole Miss '59...how could I forget that one, lol

Took my old man to his first ever game in Tiger Stadium 4 years ago. That was easily my best experience.
2007 Florida then two weeks later against Auburn. And believe or not last year against Idaho - reason: I was able to score some field passes from TAF took my daughter and son down and we were able to spend about an hour in the back of the endzone while they were warming up. Got some real good pics.
When asked who our natural rivals are I reply: Everybody we hate em all!!!
Good call, total pandemonium with everyone on the field afterwards. The game that convinced the students LSU football was something to be excited about.
However, Georgia 2003 is still my fav. It was just on another level because of the build up. Campus was electric all week. It was two great teams slugging it out, knowing that the winner would be in the driver's seat for the national championship game. And as others have said, it was the most positive LSU crowd I think Tiger Stadium will see in my lifetime. Start to finish Tiger fans cheered and supported the team, even when we gave up touchdowns. In fact, the racous chants of "LSU" after UGA scored on a big play still give me goose bumps.

"LSU vs TENN: 2000. Upset, goal posts came down... in my mind, its the game that started the current run of greatness."
Didn't one of LSU's DB's tip the ball away or make an INT in the end zone on Tenn.'s last play?
Who did that?

UT/LSU has had some great games since 2000. Even though you guys got the best of us most of the time there have been some close games. I think 2011 may have been the only true blow out.
The 2010 game was probably the craziest game I've ever been to. I've been to most of the SEC stadiums and I'll rank Tiger Stadium as my favorite away game.
1. Georgia 2003
2. Alabama 2010
3. Alabama 2008
4. Vanderbilt 1997
5. Oregon State 2004
The kicker who had a bad night and wasn't there a streaker during some rain?
Oregon state in 04 was my first game as a student and that was a hell of a game to be introduced to. The rain, the people running on the field before kick off. Jmarc winning the game, then guys i dont know tackling me in joy as we were all just drenched.
Auburn in 2011. Not a close game, but we embarrassed them. I had seen us lose and play close games with those cheaters my whole life. I despise Auburn and was finally glad we wiped the floor with them.
Yep, Alex Serna (the kicker, not the streaker). First game after the national championship, hours long weather delay. Everyone was sopping wet and stinking drunk, and when he missed that last field goal in overtime, my girlfriend planted one on me so hard we both fell and knocked over two rows of my fraternity brothers. We threw a hell of a party that night, too.
Could you imagine nowadays how pissed everyone would be if Oregon State took us to OT at home?
LSU - Arkansas 1993 (mainly cause its the first game I ever went to and I went with my dad - I believe if we won we had a chance to go to a bowl game - but we lost)
LSU - Florida 1997
LSU - Georgia 2003
