    Me too. An update on Beckwith said that LSU told him he would be our only LB in this class. Like most, I feel that Beckwith is a DE. But if that is their sales pitch to Beckwith, then the offer to Claiborne may not be coming.

  • I heard the coaching staff told claiborne he would have to wait and see on an offer depending on how the class shapes up. I read this on some article on the internet, but it was a while ago so I don't have a link. We better get Beckwith and Tim Williams!

  • I remember Beckwith saying his dream position was OLB and thats why he was interested in Bama.
    Maybe we a trying to combat that by offering at LB. Either way we will probably only take one LB this year with limited numbers.

    Maybe, but I also think Henry and Raymond are taking over some of the in-state territory where Stud and Ensminger have struggled to connect with recruits.

    No don't waste time doing that, but if anyone is already on TD please tell him to stop. He post the same thing I post 2-3 hours after. He just changes the format.

    I noticed it a couple days back but when I saw him post the Michigan guy, I knew he was copying me. How else would he have found that.

    No they didn't say it was an uncommitted or committed prospect. Just said a 2013 recruit was there. It probalby was just Baker, I was just automatically assuming it was an uncommitted prospect.

  • If we only took 2 DEs I would want williams and prevot. But if prevot goes to Texas I wouldn't mind having LaCouture. I have been to the A&M consalidated high school games, but I didn't know about him then so this season I will have to pay attention to him

    As for Beckwith, our DEs can project to 3-4 OLBs in the NFL.
