Signing Day.
But then again I love College Football more than I do the NFL. In the NFL my favorite team is the Saints, and then all I really root for is Individual LSU players. The only reason I follow the NFL past the Saints, and LSU players is cause I like to play Fantasy Football.
I will freely admit I'm a recruiting nerd and not only follow guys LSU recruits, but I also follow the rest of the SEC schools, and Most teams that are usually in the top 25 year in and year out.

The Super Bowl is really cool regardless but since I love lsu and cfb more then I have to say signing day.

That's about it in a nutshell for me too. I'm a Saints fan but my only other interest in the NFL is keeping up with the old LSU guys and guys I saw a lot in high school. I also like to keep up with some of the other SEC guy's careers (Patrick Willis, Carlos Rogers, Michael Oher & Pernell McPhee in this game).
Today's game has my interest because of the coaching brothers and hoping Ricky Jean Francois can make a play or two so we can get an LSU shout out.
Found this list of where the SB players played college & hs ball.

The power conference of college football is again the most represented in the Super Bowl.
There will be 21 players representing the current alignment of SEC schools, narrowly edging the ACC (18) and the Big Ten (16).

Except a way to crown a true champion called a playoff. In terms of everything else, college ball is better.
IF no playoff, THEN unbalanced schedules + backslidden poll politics + mulligans & do overs = MNC/LSU - SEC Champs: 01, 03, 07, 11
