I remember Moffitt used to just write the names on a little board next to that sign. Great motivational tool, especially since the team sees all those NFL scouts walking around (wearing team polos) all the time. Nothing like knowing they walk through the weight room and see your name as someone who "cares only about themselves."

Robert Littal used to do these youtube videos for game picks for his business Black Sports Online
"It's your boy - Robert Littal - Black Sports Online" - cracks me up.
He's a big Ohio State fan.
He did a video picking Ohio State to whip LSU in the BCS National Championship big time.
He gave all these points as to why Ohio State would win big, such as "Would you take Les Miles over Jim Tressell? Hail Nah!"
The video was a riot - as of course, LSU destroyed Ohio State.
Sadly, Littal deleted the video a year or so ago.
