Clark will spend Friday and Saturday at LSU

With two big time recruits already on campus, and a handful more expected to arrive for Saturday's scrimmage, is LSU on the verge of landing a commitment for the 2014 class?

The current rundown on LSU's 2014 class is dominated by out-of-state talent, a number which could increase in the coming days.

The staff has picked up five out of state commitments and three from Louisiana. Edward Paris, Chris Hardeman and Tony Upchurch are all in from Texas, and Devin Voorhies out of Mississippi gives the Tigers two No. 1 prospects from states other than Louisiana. Florida's Sharieff Rhaheed rounds out the list as the latest pledge, but will the number rise before the weekend ends?

Clark has long held LSU as his lead team, while Peppers is taking in Baton Rouge for the first time.
